I plan to make this for my
MOMS Club fall party for the kiddos. I will use ground turkey, flax seed instead of the Wheaties cereal, and will leave out the grape jelly. I'm sure it adds to the taste as the author says, but we don't have jelly on hand because of sugar content, so I will just omit.
We don't do cheese, so I will either use
rice cheese or
gluten free crackers.
If you want this to be completely gluten free, you can use
brown rice lasagna noodles.
